    The restaurant industry continues to explode around the globe, requiring educated and experienced managers for leadership positions. In our Restaurant, Food & Beverage Management program, you’ll combine culinary skills with business savvy. Integrating culinary and managerial training with business skills in financial analysis, the program’s focus is on restaurant and food service management industry trends.

    Under the guidance of faculty who combine theory with real-world application, you’ll learn the inner workings of this dynamic, expanding industry. Core classes range from Hospitality Strategic Marketing, Beverage Operations Management and New World Cuisines to Food Safety and Sanitation Management.
